Thibault Tassin "Les Fioles" Champagne Blanc de Noirs, Brut Nature '19

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in the lieu-dit “Les Fioles,” in the Côte des Bar subregion. The fruit comes from massal selection vines planted by Thibault Tassin’s grandfather, with southern exposure. Organic viticulture is practiced. The wine is vinified in fûts de chêne and amphorae and undergoes spontaneous fermentation. Disgorged in February 2023. No dosage.
